The Next Step Resource Project is a workforce development initiative of The Relentless Brand Inc. created to help individuals move beyond completing a course and take meaningful steps toward entering and thriving in their chosen field.

We understand that finishing a training program is only part of the journey. Many individuals still need hands-on experience, career guidance, trusted resources, and connections to help them move forward with confidence.

Our goal is to help bridge that gap.

Through The Next Step Resource Project, we connect individuals with resources that may include externship opportunities, career-readiness support, certification resources, mentorship, employment resources, professional development, and community partnerships.

For individuals completing healthcare-related training, such as Phlebotomy and Medical Assistant programs, we work to identify local medical practices and organizations that may be willing to provide supervised externship opportunities. The participating practice determines its own requirements, acceptance process, scheduling, supervision, and permitted activities.

We are not a school and do not replace the educational institution or training provider. Instead, we serve as a resource and connection point designed to help individuals identify opportunities and navigate what comes next after completing their training.

Our vision is to provide resources that support the whole career journey—from completing training to preparing for certification, building professional confidence, finding hands-on experience, strengthening job-readiness skills, and connecting with potential opportunities.

Next Step Resource Coordination Fee
Supports individualized resource navigation, externship opportunity research and referral assistance, career-readiness resources, and administrative coordination. Payment does not guarantee acceptance or placement at a clinical site. Participating organizations independently determine eligibility, acceptance, scheduling, supervision, and site requirements.
